Ingredients:
1 brioche
2 eggs
4 steamed asparagus
½ lobster tail
Chives counting 1 tbs per person and extra for garnish if desire
Directions:
Step 1.
Scramble the eggs with chives
Step 2.
Divide the eggs on brioche
Step 3.
Top eggs with asparagus and sliced lobster tail
Step 4.
Sprinkle with extra chive
Step 5.
Serve open faced or as a breakfast sandwich
